We do not refund on change of mind purchases, however we do exchange full priced items within 14 days of the order date.
Returned items must be unused and in their original condition with all tags attached. The returned item must be in the original packaging (e.g. shoe box) and the packaging must be undamaged in saleable condition. Your receipt or proof of purchase must be included with the return. The customer must cover the cost of the return postage for the item (unless deemed faulty by our team). If exchanging an item, the customer must cover the cost of the new item being posted. An invoice for the postage will be sent prior to the new item being sent out.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll contact you with return authorisation, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first being asked (and approved) for return will not be accepted.

Some aftermarket Specialized branded Tyres and Saddles may be eligible for a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. These products will be indicated with signage in-store. This means you can exchange your Tyre or Saddle for another equivalent Specialized product (eg: exchange your saddle for another of a different width) within 30 days of your original purchase. You must be able to provide your receipt for your original purchase. This can only be done once. This does not apply to OEM Specialized Tyres and Saddles that come stock on a new bike. Under the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee you can only exchange a product, you cannot return for a refund or store credit. This exchange program applies in store only.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food), custom products (such as special orders or custom builds), and base-layer clothing (such as padded cycling shorts). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
